Create a novelty needle felted brooch using a variety of cookie cutter shapes and coloured wool fibres.

Workshop includes all materials for the broach. Please bring a basic sewing kit including scissors and pins

Julie Drury is a designer/maker living in rural Test Valley, Hampshire. Julie enjoyed a career as a fashion designer for well- known high street retailers including M&S, Mothercare & Laura Ashley. Looking for a career change, after completing an MA in Fashion, Julie worked as a supply teacher in Visual Merchandising and D&T – Textiles. She has worked at The Old Chapel Textile Centre on Greenham Business Park since May 2018. Here she uses her creative skills to design kits and run workshops. In her spare time, Julie makes small textile items to sell at local fairs under the name of The Sewing Basket.
